"Kinaree is the name of a beautiful being, half-woman, half swan that dances through the mythical Himmapan forest. She has the head and torso of a woman yet below her delicately tapered waist, she has the body, tail and legs of a swan.

Kinaree has human arms as well as the wings of a swan.
